I recently purchased the Brother SE350 Computerized Embroidery-and-Sewing Machine and needed a selection of threads for the embroidery feature. These made a great selection and I have appreciated the variety of colors.
On embroidery a special thread is used in the bobbin, so these 500 meter spools go much further than you might expect, and they have worked well in my machine.

Thread is good quality, but the spools have no edges so the thread slips off VERY easily and often. I am constantly rewinding the thread and throwing quite a bit away because it knots up after it falls off. Better to buy thread on a cone spool.

Good thread, but the cardboard spools let the threads unwind off the ends too easily. Some tangling, but good quaily thread.

I recently started machine embroidery and this thread has worked out great so far on my Singer Futura CE-150. The color numbers on the spools are hard to read as the thread is wound over them. The plastic spools sometimes need to have their extra “flakes” filed down at the end, so they don’t break your thread. A printed list of colors in the box would be nice. [...]
